Hillspring Kids and their leaders help each other bring faith to life!
Dear Hillspring Families,
Every Sunday morning, our children’s ministry comes alive with laughter, worship, and learning as our kids grow in their understanding of God’s love. Each lesson, song, and story is a chance for our children to see faith come to life — and that happens best when they see it in us.
One of the sweetest parts of Sunday School is seeing kids from different schools and neighborhoods build friendships. When they see each other outside of church, they proudly call one another their “church friends”—and we need more of those in the world!
We are looking for parents, grandparents, and friends to join our Sunday School volunteer team! You don’t have to be a teacher — just someone who loves kids and wants to help them know Jesus. Whether it’s leading a small group, helping with crafts, preparing snacks, or simply being an encouraging presence, there’s a place for you.
When children see their parents and other adults serving, it has a powerful impact:
They see faith in action — not just something we talk about, but something we live out.
They begin to understand what servant leadership looks like: helping, listening, and caring.
They feel more connected and confident, knowing the church is a place where their family belongs.
They learn that everyone, young and old, has gifts to share in God’s family.
We have lessons and materials prepared each week, so you’ll always have the support and guidance you need. You can serve once a month, every few weeks, or as your schedule allows — every bit of help makes a difference!
Let’s show our children that serving together is part of how we love God and one another. I am so grateful for these children and the joy they bring each week. Thank you parents for bringing your kids to Hillspring Sunday School—it’s a place where faith grows, friendships blossom, and God’s love is shared.
Join us on Sundays, 10–11 a.m., downstairs in the sanctuary.
