“If I can stop one heart from breaking, I shall not live in vain; If I can ease one life the aching, Or cool one pain, Or help one fainting robin, Unto his nest again, I shall not live in vain.”
– Emily Dickinson
Background: I have lived in the Tri-Cities since I was 3, so I am pretty much a native. I am married and have 2 children – my husband T.J., my daughter L.J and son R.J. I have worked for PNNL for most of my life and decided in July 2016 it was time to be home with my children and be the one teaching them to be the best little people they could be. R.J. is going into kindergarten so it is time to pursue my next career – which I want to focus on my passion! I love how kids are so accepting, loving, honest, and willing to learn! They energize me and help me stay focused on the priorities in life – love and happiness and that we can all be the best we’re meant to be if we stay focused and open to God’s plans for us.
What I like most about the Sprouts Preschool: It’s part of a wonderful church that touches every person in the community! They make you feel welcome with every interaction and encourage your spiritual journey and growth.
Favorite Movie: I can’t name just one… now that I have kids, we love ALL the Disney movies!
AHA Moment: There’s something new to be learned or taught every day. My favorite moments are when my kids are teaching me something new.
Book I would recommend: No-Drama Discipline by DJ Segal & T Payne Bryson
